About Good Knights

Good Knights is a community chess club in Beachlands, Auckland, New Zealand. Two things run under the same name: a social chess evening open to everyone, and a lunchtime chess club at Beachlands School.

Social chess

Social chess runs at 6:30pm on the 1st and 3rd Tuesday of the month during the school term, at Beachlands Baptist Church. All ages and skill levels are welcome. Free, koha (optional donation) welcome.

School chess

School chess is a lunchtime club at Beachlands School, at 12:50pm every Tuesday during the school term. It is for Year 3 to 6 Beachlands School students and is free.

Dates

Sessions follow the New Zealand school terms. The current dates are always on the home page, and in Markdown at /index.md for anyone (or any AI assistant) that prefers plain text.
